BlueForce was established in 2003 by two fighter pilots who wanted to continue their service to the United States after their retirement from the Air Force. Their goal was to provide the government with the highest quality service at a fair and honest price. This foundation of dedication, service, and integrity supports all that we do today.

BlueForce Inc. is a global professional services firm that has operated in over 40 countries around the world supporting the United States government since 2003. In the last 2 decades, we have successfully executed contracts in several service areas including law enforcement, security, wargaming, language training, and more. We have successfully provided support to numerous government departments and agencies with an emphasis on the Department of Defense and Department of State.
BlueForce is a 100% employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As an ESOP, we are both individually and collectively invested in the success of our company.
